Knowing Our Numbers is back for Phase II! Building on the experiences shared by nearly 6,000 people in 2023, this Ontario-wide survey will explore what has changed for the early childhood education workforce, what challenges remain, and what supports are needed. Launching October 21 in partnership with the College of Early Childhood Educators and Ontario service system regions, Phase II invites those working in early learning and child care to help shape a clearer picture of the workforce, locally and provincially.
