Using Adobe Reader for Plan Reading
Created: July 22, 2017
This is an introduction to the Adobe Reader (free download) program on the computer. This software tool, widely known for its use with electronic documents, is also used extensively within the construction industry to read plans and specifications. This video speaks to and introduces what are the (3) three most often used functional tools, or "icons," listed in the top ribbon of the software. These tools are displayed and shown by the Instructor. The student will need to begin to recognize, become familiar, and identify with the Adobe ribbon and the plan reading value (and use) of these specific parts of the software. To do so will place them ahead of the competition in industry!
