You could also look at the usage code which should have changed from "In Relationship" to "Out of Enterprise"

This process will only work if the item is not in perpetual inventory. You will have to inventory transfer it from perpetual to the install base.

You have to open a service request on the parent serial number. Then you can debrief the child from perpetual inventory, that'll create the parent/child relationship.
