This video will show you how to troubleshoot the error you receive when you process an inventory transfer (or DAD) and it never posts to the install base. It’s a continuation of the video “Inventory transactions missing from the IB”.

In standard Oracle, Inventory and Install Base are two seperate modules

IT TOOK 6 hours for our transaction (or batch) to process

Which is understandable because that's how we were taught

The reason it’s important to go back into the inventory transfer form and check the batch again is because initially when the unit did the inventory transfer it appeared that it had processed correctly. So I wanted to show you that it had actually edited out (even though it didn’t give you any kind of error at that time).
