The contact table feeds the list of values for RO's and AO's

You must contact the help desk in order to update the contacts table

This is a work around, you must still contact the help desk to update the contacts table

This will also work if you can't select the AO

You can override the contacts table but you still need to update the table. Otherwise you'll have to do this everytime, which is NO BUENO
